Great Experience ! Stopped in to meet them and ask a couple questions on a busy day before a holiday. Chase and Steve dropped everything to speak with me and explain the options. Chase brought my car into the shop, ran computer diagnostic tests and helped give me the problem and choices on solutions with costs. This is a third generation Volvo shop with years of Volvo experience. Volvos I own will not go anywhere else from now on!
When I had my 760 Turbo I only took it there. I always had good, fast and friendly service. I just looked this site up to give the info to a friend that doesnt like the local dealership and thought I'd take the time to give East Univ Import a good shout out.
