    My wife needed a thermostat and cooling pump replaced on her Audi A3. We stopped by as soon as they opened to see if they could get us in and we’re very grateful when they said they could. Considering we did not schedule an appointment, they did us a huge favor. The thermostat and water pump was replaced in 2 business day. We picked up the car and they had cleaned it for us. Overall great experience and great customer service. I would highly recommend Carmines to anyone with a European vehicle.

    The service was great! I appreciate the detailed inspection for potential problems, in addition to the repair I brought it in for. The price was the same as what they quoted me, no surprises. The repair cost seemed to be about average. The free concierge shuttle service worked out really great. Also, the people there were nice and friendly as well.

    I continue to use Carmines as I feel they are honest and trustworthy in the work they provide. I recently had one of my vehicles there to diagnose a starting problem. They were transparent about their diagnosis. I have both european and asian vehicles and they are able to service and repair any of them.

    I broke broke down 350 miles from home with no idea who vould tow and repair my Audi. These guys were great. Connected me with a tow, dropped me at rental car location. Sent me a detailed diagnostic of the entire car in less than 24hrs. Discussed the details by phone while I traveled to Upstate NY. Did what needed to be done, and had it waiting for me on my drive back to GA, washed and ready to go. Can’t thank them enough for saving me, my car, and my trip to meet family and friends.

    I brought in my Volvo for service to Carmine's Import Service last month. The first thing I noticed was that they actually listened to my explanation of the noises I was hearing my car make. Most places just tune you out and tell you they will have a look. They also took the time to explain to me everything that was going on with my car. I never felt out of the loop or as if I was being given the run-around. I found the staff to be courteous and knowledgeable. Carmine's prices are also much cheaper than the dealership. I definitely recommend going to see Carmine for all of your Volvo service needs.
