I switched back to IMG after bringing my cars to Inskip Mercedes/BMW/Porsche because I bought them there. Jeremy and Brennon are always personable and the work done professionally. When I picked up my car today, I tried to negotiate a discount since Lenny and I were neighbors way back when. Lenny should be proud that they turned me down with a smile. ;-)

As always, called with “check engine" light issue, and I was able to bring my car in and get a loaner car without delay. Mike contacted me with an expiration of problem and cost estimate in a timely manner. And the problem was resolved. Mike continues to display courtesy, knowledge and professionalism. I highly recommend International Motors Service without reservation!

Had a problem with my Volvo ignition and International Motors accepted my car tow and diagnosed the problem the same day, The repair was completed by the end of the next day. Mike and Carl are always friendly and professional. Would recommend International Motors Service without reservation!

My car wouldn’t start while I was out doing errands. I called International Motors Service and Mike assured me they could look at it that day. There was a loaner car ready when my towed car and I arrived. My car was serviced and ready by the end of the day. Mike is always very helpful, knowledgeable and friendly, as is Carl. Great guys and great service!

I have had my Volvo expertly serviced at International Motors in East Greenwich for many years. The gentlemen at the front desk are always cordial, helpful and professional. I had a headlight bulb that needed replacing. When I called they said I could come in anytime that afternoon and have it replaced while I waited. Having this fixed promptly and with a smile put my concerns at ease. Thanks to all!

This repair facility is the best in RI from top to bottom I've been doing business with them for a year the staff at the front desk, knowledge of the mechanics that do the repairs and a fair price make the process easy!

No one at this facility is related to me I originally came here because they work on foreign cars but they service everything!

Just take your vehicle here when it breaks down or needs service trustworthy reliable repair facilities are not easy to find in this industry take your car here!

What can I say except how amazing the service department is at International Motor Group. My daughter's car went in for service and to get an exhaust put on which turned out to be a nightmare since it was the wrong kit. I can't say enough about the technician who worked on her car considering what should have only taken a couple of hours turned into 2 days and he did a fabulous job. Throughout the entire process Peter kept me posted with the progress and was very patient with all of my questions and frustration. I cannot thank them enough I recommend IMG for all of your car needs.

I love International Motor Group. I have been going to them for service for my Volvo for years now. They are honest, fair, and very genuine. They sincerely take the best care of my vehicle... and even me. They make sure to provide a ride for me when needed and/or a loaner car if necessary. My husband now also brings his sports car to them and we both seriously appreciate having such a great team of caring professionals that we can rely on. We reached out to IMG after a routine maintenance check on our Volvo that we had done at a dealership. We received a long list of expensive, required repairs but were skeptical and the repairs wouldn't be able to be done until the following week. We spoke with IMG looking for a diagnostic review and a "second opinion" of those recommendations. They were able to take our vehicle the next day. They checked all of the items and gave us an honest assessment of what was absolutely needed. They also provided pricing upfront. They were prompt, courteous, and the customer service was excellent. They order the needed parts right away and our vehicle was ready in less than 48 hours. The car is like new and we were very happy. We will certainly be using their services again.

I recently bought a Volvo for my daughter at International Motors and brought it in for service and another issue as well. The guys in the service department have been extremely helpful each time I've called and the issue was fixed quickly. I highly recommend International Motors for any Volvo owner.

We normally take our car to a place around the corner. When a Volvo SRS Airbag Warning light came on the usual place had no idea what to do and recommended we take it to a certified Volvo mechanic. After searching online I found International Motor Group. They did a great job replacing our airbag and resetting the sensor. I would definitely go back again.
