  • They were incredibly professional from start to finish! Saved me hundreds of dollars in unnecessary work that the dealer had recommended. The shop is clean and everyone I spoke with was polite, courteous and professional. As long as I'm living in this area, I will never take my car anywhere else. It is a truly rare gift to have found an auto repair shop that I believe I can completely trust.

  • I called for a question on getting a car inspected in a case where the registration had expired. The person who answered the phone was friendly and spent 10 minutes giving me the answers on what I should do and how to get the registration quickly. He showed me that they are really committed to customer service and we will become a customer. I am very impressed.

  • A few weeks I had taken my car to a tire place for an oil change and tire rotation. They (the other place) told me I needed an inspection and that my car would not pass unless I had my brakes done. They estimated over $300. Based on the reviews here, I took my car to Elite to have the brakes done( They estimated $265). They could have done them and I'd have been the wiser, but they called me and asked who had told me I needed brakes. They said mine were fine. They tightened a couple of things and took the car for inspection. The whole thing cost $59 (including the inspection) They even drove me home and picked me up. I'll surely use these guys again (and NOT the tire place).

I had researched on line to narrow down the auto repair shop that I would feel comfortable with as far as there experience, knowledge, and general attitude. When I researched Elite Auto Repair I liked what I had read as far as there experience, there knowledge, and most of all there reviews. Once I had selected Elite from a group of four other selections I decided to pay them a visit without my Volvo to speak with them in person. At that point I felt at ease with Elite doing the repairs needed on my Volvo. They called me with a diagnosis, what the repairs would cost, as well as how long the repairs would take to be completed. Elite was right on with all that I have stated. The final bill was not exaggerated, nor was the estimated time of the repairs. I feel good about my decision to use Elite as this is my wife's automobile and the job has been done to my satisfaction. Also that I made a good call.
